Ando Naoka (安藤直馨)
Naoka ANDO (1786 - May 5, 1826) was the 15th lord of the Kii Tanabe Domain in Kii Province. He was the fifth son of the lord of Miyatsu Domain in Tango Province Suketsugu MATSUDAIRA. He had a daughter (adopted daughter of Muneakira MATSUDAIRA). His official rank was Tatewaki, and he was permitted to wear a pair of swords. His childhood name was Kenzaburo.
As the former domain lord, Naonori ANDO died, he was adopted to take over the position of family head. In 1826 he died and Naohiro ANDO, the biological son of Naonori, took over the position.
